Accessibility Statement

01Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make websites easier to use for people with disabilities.

02What we’ve done

• Readable colors: text and background colors meet WCAG AA contrast levels.
• Keyboard access: choosing services, the booking chat, the time picker, reviewing and confirming your request, and leaving a star rating all work with a keyboard alone, with a clear outline showing where you are. Press Escape to close the chat.
• Screen readers: buttons and form fields have labels, new chat replies are announced, and images have text descriptions or are marked as decorative.
• Skip link: a “Skip to content” link lets you jump past the menu.
• Zoom and small screens: pages work when zoomed to 200% and on phones.
• Reduced motion: if your device asks for less motion, we turn animations off.
• English and Spanish: the website and these policies are available in both languages.

We check the site with automated accessibility testing tools and by testing it by hand with a keyboard.

03Known limitations

The booking chat is an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence, and its replies can sometimes be unclear. You can always skip the chat and book by phone instead. Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible, and we keep working to improve it.

If you have trouble using any part of this website, or you’d rather not use it at all, please call (831) 585-0639. Veronica will help you book your appointment over the phone and answer any questions.

To report an accessibility barrier, call the same number and tell us which page you were on and what happened. We take every report seriously and will work to fix the problem.
