These terms apply when you use veronicastyles.com or book an appointment with Veronica Styles (“we,” “us,” “our”), a hair studio in King City, California. Our website and text messaging are operated for us by Caballo Development.
By using the website or booking with us, you agree to these terms.
01Booking appointments
- Walk-ins are welcome, but booking ahead guarantees your spot.
- A booking made on the website is a request. It isn’t confirmed until Veronica reviews and confirms it.
- Veronica may decline a request or suggest another time if the requested slot can’t work.
- Once she reviews your request, Veronica sets how much time your appointment needs based on the services you chose.
02Cancelling or rescheduling
There’s no fee to cancel or reschedule. If your plans change, please let Veronica know as soon as you can by calling (831) 585-0639, so the time can go to another client.
03Prices and payment
Prices on our website are starting rates. Your final price depends on your hair’s length and thickness and how involved the service is, and Veronica will confirm it with you before she begins.
Payment is made in person at the studio. Cash is accepted; please call ahead to ask about other payment methods. We don’t take payments through the website.
04The booking assistant
The chat on our website is an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence, not a person. It’s there to answer common questions and help you request an appointment, but it can make mistakes. If anything it says differs from what Veronica tells you, Veronica’s confirmation is what counts.
05Text message program
Veronica Styles appointment texts are sent by Caballo Development on our behalf to clients who choose to receive them when booking.
- Messages include booking confirmations, updates on your request, reminders, and cancellation notices.
- Message frequency varies, usually two to four messages per appointment.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop receiving messages at any time, or HELP for help. You can also call (831) 585-0639.
- Receiving texts is optional and isn’t required to book.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

06Reviews
If you leave a review, you give us permission to show your first name, rating, and comment on our website or social media. We may choose not to publish a review, and we won’t publish anything we believe is offensive, false, or unlawful.
07Using our website
Please don’t misuse the website — for example, by submitting false bookings, sending spam, trying to access areas that aren’t meant for the public, or interfering with how the site works. We may block access for anyone who does.
The photos, text, and logo on this website belong to Veronica Styles and may not be copied without permission.
08Disclaimers and liability
We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is,” and we can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect losses that come from using the website.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under California law that can’t be limited by agreement.
