• The services you request and your preferred appointment date and time
• Any note you add for Veronica when booking
• Messages you type into the booking assistant
• Your choice about receiving text messages, and when you made it
• If you leave a review: your name, star rating, and comment

Information collected automatically

When you visit, our servers record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request. We use this to keep the site running and secure — for example, to stop automated abuse.

Information stored on your device

Your browser stores your language choice (English or Spanish) and a temporary identifier that keeps your chat conversation together. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

03Our booking assistant

The chat on our website is an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence — not a person. The messages you type are sent to our AI provider so it can write a reply.

Please don’t share sensitive information in the chat, such as health details or payment card numbers. The assistant can make mistakes. Every booking, price, and time is confirmed by Veronica before it’s final.

04Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers who help us run our website and bookings, and only as much as they need to do that job:

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our clients, our business, or others. We never sell your personal information.

05Text messages

Receiving texts is optional. You can choose to receive them by checking an unchecked box when you book. If you don’t, you can still book and Veronica will contact you by phone.

• What we send: booking confirmations, updates on your request, appointment reminders, and cancellation notices. We don’t send marketing messages.
• How often: message frequency varies — usually two to four messages per appointment.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Stopping texts: reply STOP at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call (831) 585-0639.

06How long we keep it

We keep appointment records for as long as we need them to provide our services and keep ordinary business records. Chat conversations are held on our servers only temporarily and cleared within a few hours; our AI provider may keep them for a limited time under its own policies. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

07Your choices

• See, correct, or delete your information: call us and we’ll help.
• Stop text messages: reply STOP to any message.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Our site doesn’t respond to it differently, because we don’t track visitors across other websites or use advertising trackers.

Third parties on our site

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and an image from Unsplash, so your browser connects to those services and they receive technical information such as your IP address. We don’t allow any third party to use our site to track you across other websites.

08Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and a password-protected system that only Veronica can access. We don’t take payments online and never collect card numbers through the website. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, but we work to protect yours.

09Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

10Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the effective date at the top. For significant changes, we’ll also note it on our website.
